A popular US legend hip-pop star Rihanna buys ventilator for her dad when he tested positive for COVID-19

Popular hip-pop icon popularly known as Rihanna dad Ronald, had recently tested positive for coronavirus and her daughter was there to make sure he is fine. The singer is reported to have bought a ventilator and shipped it to the Caribbean where the dad is living.

In statement by the sun, who recently had an interview with Rihanna’s dad in Barbados, Rihanna had been checking up on him daily, ever since he was confirmed to have tested positive to the coronavirus.

However, Ronald thought that he was going to die and was thankful to the daughter who had ensured everything is at its normal position.

“My daughter Robyn was checking in on me every day, I thought I was going to die to be honest. I have to say, I love you so much, Robyn. She did so much for me. I appreciate everything she has done,” Ronald told the sun.

They added that the hi-pop singer gave him more than he needed to get through the illness, which had taken a great toll on him. Ronald spent 14 days in quarantine at an Isolation center after which he was confirmed virus free.

He warned everyone to treat the disease with the seriousness it deserved, even taking steps to call the government and suggest a lockdown.

Rihanna and the dad had a rocky relationship due to his drug habits in the past but have always been there for each other and their love has shone through.

The Man Down hit-maker not only helped out her family but also the world in fighting with the pandemic. Through her Clara Lionel Foundation, she donated 5,005,821 dollars which helped rapid response efforts in both the United States and across the world.

Poor countries such as Haiti and Malawi were to benefit from the funding through the acceleration of testing and offering care units.
