A Nigerian peace loving Singer popularly known as 2baba becomes UN Goodwill ambassador

It’s a well designed and fully acknowledged recognition indeed, that a popular Nigerian hip-pop peace loving singer has found favor at UN side by being appointed as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

Innocent Idibia popularly best known by name 2baba has just been appointed an ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

However, this exciting information was disclosed by the music star’s personal manager, Efe Omorogbe, in an Instagram post shared by the manager official insta page.

The popular young music star’s appointment however said to come in his recognition and efforts he contributed over the welfare of those who were displaced across Africa and above.

However, the manager Omorogbe also congratulated the superlative singer and prayed to the Lord to grant him the ability to do more. The caption red: “Congrats @official2baba.

2baba appreciated the agency for the honour. And he also thanked people who have donated and supported the cause over the years.

He said: “Thanks for the recognition. This will no doubt deepen my commitment to supporting the effort of UNHCR personnel and volunteers who are on ground every day, working hard to provide support and hope to millions of forcefully displaced persons across the world. Special thanks to donors and supporters of the cause. Blessings one and all.”
