Breaking: Federal Universities to resume school on Monday as ASUU suspends strike, Exams to commence with immediate effect

The Academic Staff Union Of Universities ASUU has unanimously suspended the ongoing strike nationwide.

The union has suspended it’s strike across the Nation, which happens to be that all federal Universities should resume school on Monday.

However this was disclosed via it’s official Twitter handle, the tweet read, ” Strike has been suspended”.

In the other tweet, it read ” Breaking: ASUU strike has been suspended! The union apologize for all the inconveniences caused to the students and parents. The tweet read.

However the union had earlier told students in 300L, 400L and final year to be serious with their books, stating that they should not relax at home just like that, saying that Exams might commence immediately school resumes.

The union has been on battle field with the federal government in prevention of the downfall of Universities in the country. The union in a statement tweeted that they are fighting people’s fight to stop the total collapse of University Education. Stating that their demand are not selfishly motivated.
